How ADCO covers are built

Fabric follows the climate
Three fabrics run through the range. Olefin HD reflects sunlight and keeps the rig cooler, SFS AquaShed takes the humidity and rainfall of wet regions, and four-layer polypropylene handles long spells on a storage lot. Each one is a different answer to where the rig sits.

Length bands, not sizes
Every cover states a band in feet: 15'1" to 18', 22'1" to 24', 34'1" to 37'. The measurement runs from bumper to ladder and leaves the hitch out, which is where most wrong orders come from.

Held down at four corners
The patented slip-seam strapping system cinches the cover tight on all four bottom corners, and cam buckles secure straps in place to prevent slippage during un-attended use. A cover that loosens in week two is a cover that tears by week six.

Access without undressing the rig
The Designer Series covers carry zip entry doors on the rear and passenger side, with red accents marking where to pull. On a fifth wheel the zips also clear the slide-outs, so a stored rig can still be opened.
Fabrics, straps and what comes in the bag
Four-layer polypropylene is the storage lot fabric: UV treated, breathable and water resistant, with built-in vents that let air escape rather than trapping it under the cover. The Designer Series uses a four-layer UV Hydro fabric with a hydrophobic water barrier, and the SFS AquaShed line stacks a triple-layer top panel over triple-layer polypropylene sides.
Strapping is the same idea across the range. A slip-seam strapping system cinches the cover tight at the corners, cam buckles hold the straps in place, and weighted buckles are tossed underneath the coach so one person can fit a cover without crawling.
Most covers arrive with four gutter spout protectors and a storage bag; the Designer Series adds a ladder cap cover. Warranty runs three years on the Designer Series and UV Hydro covers.

Length bands run out before seasons do
Each band is a separate listing, and the popular trailer sizes are the first to go before winter.

Parked on a storage lot until spring
Months on a lot are what the four-layer polypropylene line is for: UV treated, vented, and cinched with cam buckles so it does not work loose while nobody is watching. Six length bands cover trailers from under 15 feet to 37.

On the drive, opened every other weekend
A trailer that gets used needs the zip doors. The UV Hydro covers open on both sides without coming off, so loading the rig does not mean wrestling the whole cover back on afterwards.

Wet winters and coastal damp
SFS AquaShed is the fabric for high moisture: a triple-layer top panel that beads water, over polypropylene sides that still breathe. The Class C and fifth wheel versions cover rigs up to 29 feet.

Tires cracking in the sun
Sidewall cracking comes from UV, not mileage. The Tyre Gard covers both wheels of a tandem axle in one piece, with vinyl outside and flannel against the rubber.
About the ADCO range
ADCO makes covers for towable and drivable RVs: travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, Class C motorhomes and the tires underneath them. The catalogue here lists eighteen of them, sorted by what they cover and how long it stays parked.
Two decisions settle the choice. First the length band, measured bumper to ladder with the hitch left out. Then the fabric: Olefin HD for sun, SFS AquaShed for rain and humidity, four-layer polypropylene for a storage lot.
The features repeat across the range because they work: slip-seam strapping at the corners, cam buckles, weighted toss-under buckles, gutter spout protectors in the bag. What changes between lines is the panel over the roof and whether the cover has zip doors.
This is an independent catalogue of the range, not the manufacturer's own shop.
